This policy explains what personal information best360.co.uk collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. Our online courses at courses.best360.co.uk have their own privacy policy.

In short: we only collect what we need, we never sell your personal information, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

Free cheat sheet sign-ups. When you ask for our cheat sheets we collect your first name, email address and the camera you choose. We use them to:

• send you the cheat sheets you asked for
• send you a short series of emails about our free Insta360 course
• send you our newsletter with tutorials, tips, and offers on Best360 courses and products

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. To avoid sending emails nobody reads, our email system records whether an email was opened and which links were clicked.

Contact form. When you message us we collect your name, email address, subject and message, so we can reply.

Analytics, only if you accept cookies. With your permission, Google Analytics records how the site is used: the pages you visit, the links you click on our links page, when a form is sent (not what you typed), the camera chosen on a cheat sheet sign-up, and general details such as your device, browser and approximate location. Our courses website uses the same Google Analytics account, so a visit that continues to courses.best360.co.uk counts as one visit.

Server logs. Like most websites, our web host keeps short-term logs of requests, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.

3. Our legal reasons

• Consent: marketing emails and analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests: replying to messages you send us, and keeping the website secure.

4. Cookies

We only use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, named _ga and _ga_…) if you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you decline, the site works exactly the same and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's storage. We do not use advertising cookies.

Cookie settings lets you change your choice at any time.

5. Other websites and embedded content

• YouTube: our homepage includes a YouTube video, and our links page shows video thumbnails from YouTube. YouTube may set cookies or collect information when you watch, under Google's privacy policy.
• Affiliate links: some links, for example to the Insta360 store and Amazon, are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those retailers may use cookies to credit the sale to us, under their own privacy policies.

6. Who we share it with

We never sell, trade or rent your personal information. We use these service providers to run the site:

• Krystal Hosting (UK): hosts this website and our email system
• Amazon Web Services: sends our emails and delivers the cheat sheet downloads
• Google: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law. We may also share information if the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

• Email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After you unsubscribe we keep your email address on a do-not-email list, so we don't email you again by mistake.
• Messages: for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry.
• Analytics: for up to 14 months, in line with our Google Analytics settings.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it
• stop using it for marketing, or object to how we use it
• give it to you in a portable format

9. Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to this policy
